In a tutoring position you will:
Support grades K-12 in Math, Reading, Science, Social Studies, Social-Emotional Skills, and more via whole-class support, small group tutoring, and one-on-one tutoring
Assist teachers and other school staff with group instruction, classroom activities, and special projects
Build valuable leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
Develop professional relationships with faculty, staff, and TIPS administration
Receive paid training on Race & Equity in Education, Culturally Responsive Teaching, Student Engagement & Management, creating Inclusive & Welcoming School Environments, Social Emotional Learning strategies, and more!
Get paid $23/hour
Accrue paid sick leave
Schedules vary based on schools' needs, but are typically 3-5 days a week, Monday through Friday, between 8:00am and 3:00pm, and 10-25 hours a week.
